Mikrosam has an R&D laboratory at its premises, with a range of in-house laboratory testing and production machines for all of the technologies from our portfolio: Automated Fiber Placement (AFP), Filament Winding (FW), Prepreg Slitting and Testing.

Training and education on composite parts and advanced composite manufacturing
Analysis and simulation of manufacturing composite parts using winding and layup technologies
Prototyping services for production of composite samples
Trials using AFP/ATL or FW equipment using custom parameters and mandrels
Development of mandrels and trials
Proof-of-Concept production testing using advanced composites
Testing raw materials and parts on physical mechanical and chemical properties
