At Mikrosam, we are committed to upholding international trade regulations and ensuring compliance with global export control laws. These regulations are designed to promote peace, security, and stability worldwide. As part of our commitment, we require all customers to adhere to strict export restrictions outlined in our contractual agreements.
By working with us, you agree to comply with these regulations and take necessary steps to ensure that our products are not used in violation of international laws. Please review the details below to understand your responsibilities and the consequences of non-compliance.
Export Restrictions
(1) The Customer shall not sell, export or re-export, directly or indirectly, any goods (or parts of them) supplied under or in connection with the related contractual relationship,
- to the Russian Federation or for use in the Russian Federation that fall under the scope of Article 12g of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014;
- to Belarus or for use in Belarus that fall under the scope of Article 8g of Council Regulation (EU) No. 765/2006.
(2) The Customer shall undertake its best efforts to ensure that the purpose of paragraph (1) is not frustrated by any third parties further down the commercial chain, including by possible resellers and shall set up and maintain an adequate monitoring mechanism for that purpose
(3) Any violation of paragraphs (1) or (2) shall constitute a material breach of an essential element of the related contractual relationship, and Mikrosam shall be entitled to seek appropriate remedies, including termination of the business relationship and all obligations arising thereof.
(4) The Customer shall immediately inform Mikrosam about any problems in applying paragraphs (1) or (2). The Customer shall make available to Mikrosam information concerning compliance with the obligations under previous paragraphs within two weeks of the simple request of such information.
